Intoxicating Love
Your love is intoxicating, sweeter than worldly wine.
You leave me breathless and thirsting for more,
As the taste of Your kiss still sweet on my lips.
Oh I have tasted, and seen You are good,
Sitting in the Shadow of your delight,
Your Word, like water, refreshing my soul,
washing and cleansing and making me whole.
I find you behind and before,
as Your left hand caresses my neck,
and Your right hand embraces me
even through the dark night.
When shadows fall and try to hide,
In the Light of Your countenance,
Is where I abide.

Son 1:2 Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine.
Son 1:3 Because of the savour of thy good ointments thy name is as ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee.
I am my Beloved's and His desire is toward me~♥~
Now I'm Found
but now I'm found.
When in darkness,
I tried to hide,
Covered in my leaves of shame.
You came searching,
calling out my name.
How could I respond,
carrying about my fear and pain.
Many had written me off,
a lost cause, a lamb
with no name.
I wore rejection
like a cloak,
the weight of sin
was crushing me.
In the pit of miry clay,
covered in bristles, briars and thorns,
I could not lift my eyes,
to see beyond the storm.
But there You were,
still smiling at me.
Through the eye of the storm,
You carried me.
You washed me off,
with the water of Your Word,
You called me your child,
and gave me a new name.
You clothed me in Your righteousness,
and hid me beneath the
shadow of Your wings.
In the cleft of the Rock,
You sang over me.
I once was lost,
but now I'm found,
and You've set my feet
on solid ground.

The Beauty of Your Love
is that no matter how lost I get,
You always find me and
I am never outside Your reach.
You extend Your mercies anew,
and any day is a good day
to begin again.
Even when it seems like nothing
is happening,
and not much has changed.
I know You are working in me,
making me what You want me to be.
I need more of You,
I want to know You,
and to be known by You.

Sometimes Mercy is Messy
Sometimes we squander our
time and money to fulfill our lusts,
but can never quench the desire that
burns within our hearts for love,
for purpose, for destiny.
An inheritance received before it's due,
and squandered in the parlor of sin
and deceit.
Wallowing in the mud and eating
what's not even fit for the pigs.
Empty pockets and empty bottles,
but the worst of emptiness
lies within us.
Addictions and habits,
seeking fulfillment and satisfaction,
that continues to leave
void of hope.
Sometimes mercy leaves us
hanging at the end of our rope.

Stones in My Pocket
from places I have been,
Each have a story to tell.
What history have they
witnessed far beyond my own?
Jacob laid his head upon a stone,
the night the heavens opened
and he wrestled with God.
Altars built with stones
to remind us
how far we've come.
Moses struck the stone
when he was told to only speak.
On the Rock, the church was built,
the revelation of Jesus Christ.
A rock was hewn and a stone was rolled,
as Jesus rose in resurrection life.
Jesus became the Cornerstone,
of the Temple not made with hands.
If we do not render praise to God,
the stones will find their voice.
Tablets of stone,
where laws were writ,
their voice was loud and clear.
Laws in stone could not be kept,
A Stony heart must find its flesh.
The stones in my pocket,
they have a story to tell,
they've witnessed history
far beyond my own.
If you listen closely,
the Ancient stones sing,
of the soon and coming King.

Emmaus Road
All hope seems to have taken wings and flown away.
Weariness, apprehension and fear,
onslaughts of the enemy try to weaken my grasp.
How long must I hold onto a remote dream,
when all that I loved it seems,
was just an illusion?
The city of peace now in chaos and riot,
expectations lying in dust, feeling
broken hearted, numb and empty.
Traveling down that dusty road,
questions assault my mind, and rip
at my heart.
My eyes were blinded by all the fears and doubts,
I could not see You there with me.
But then I remembered, and my heart began to burn.
To walk in the higher realm,
where eyes of faith do see,
I must look at what is unseen,
and keep my eyes on You.
My every step is ordered,
even on Emmaus Road.
If we are to burn,
we must take that road.
For it leads us once again,
to our first and only Love.

Armed and Running
putting every piece in it's place.
When I fail to put it on,
I am weak, and vulnerable,
and forget I am in a race.
When I find myself wounded,
weak and lying on the ground,
crying out for deliverance
from a foe that's stalking me.
I've let down my guard,
thinking I could make it on my own.
The fight is on,
the battle is real,
wounds do bleed,
and hearts do break.
Every day,
with the morning light,
I'll take up the armor,
every piece in place,
I'll raise the Sword
and continue to fight.
I won't let down my guard,
but continue in this race.
I won't let go,
I will not faint.
Forget what lies behind,
and press on for the prize.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Eph 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Eph 6:14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; Eph 6:15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Eph 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. Eph 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Eph 6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
1Co 9:24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
Php 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Burning Hearts
burning, burning, burning,
I am desperate for You.
You touch me, and I want more.
I tremble before You in love,
in obsessive desperation.
You overwhelm me, overtake me,
totally consume me with Your Love.
I'm desperate, desperate, desperate.
My heart is a flame,
Ignite a fire through me Lord!
Fire, Fire, Fire.
A Fire that burns forever on the altar
of my heart.
Deep Groaning,
the River is moving,
inside me, a river of fire.
Your waves crash over me.
Oceans of Your Goodness,
waves of Your Glory,
flooding, flooding, flooding.
I surrender to Your
gentle takeover,
I surrender everything,
sweet surrender, burn, burn, burn!
I feel the heat, I feel the fire,
it's already begun,
it's time, it's time, it's time.
It's the time of the burning hearts,
Fan Your fire Lord,
You are our Obsession,
Only You, Only You, Only You!
Fire on the Altar,
Night and day,
We give You Praise!
Our hearts are burning Lord,
You set us afire!
We are burning for You,
nothing else will do.
We gotta have You!
We gotta have You!
Hear the Burning Hearts Lord,
We are crying for more Lord,
so desperate,
so hungry,
so thirsty,
Every drop leaves us longing for more!

Soul's Refrain
~
I am so in love with You
My heart sings out Your Name
You come and sit with me
As I gaze upon Your face
You lift me higher
Into Your holy place
You make me see
Realms unseen
Enfolded in glory
You are my soul's refrain
Gentle whispers
Your song sweetly flows
Like gentle wind over me
Your Words like kisses
Your breath the fragrance of love
Breathe on me
Cover me with kisses
Your love rains over me
Your love reigns over me
My gentle Lover
My heart's Beloved
My soul's Refrain

Teach Me what I do not see
Teach me what i do not see,
portals of glory open to me.
Pull back the curtain of time and space,
I long to behold the beauty of Your face.
"You will show me the path of life,
In Your presence is fullness of joy,
At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore." Ps.16:11
The Path of Life, Portal of Your Presence where Joy abounds,
though in Your hand are pleasures forevermore,
It is the beauty of Your face I seek.
To behold the beauty of the Lord,
this one thing I seek,
to be in Your presence all the days of my life. Amen.

You Surround Me with Song
Your love,
heals,
comforts,
strengthens,
brings joy.
without sorrow,
without pain,
without shame.
Oh how He longs to cover us with His wings.
We are Israel,
We are Gomer,
We are Rahab,
We are Mary Magdelene,
We are
His Bride.
Our story is written in His blood,
and the vein runs through His Word.
It is our story,
our history,
our beginning and our end.
In Him.
In Him we live and move and have our being,
there is nothing outside of Him,
Life does not exist outside of Him.

The Sword
the double edged Sword,
it can kill,
it can heal.
It is our choice,
on which side we fall.
As gold refined in the fire,
Come in My Love
The song of my love over you.
Come in My love,
I long to spend time with you.
Hear my heart beating,
Lay your head on my chest.
I will hold you with tenderness,
I will warm you with love.
Hear my heart beating,
It beats out your name.
Oh my heart sings for you My dove,
Open the door My love,
I long to come into you.
Will you take my hand,
and dance upon the stars.
Climb the stairs into the Holy Place,
and you will see,
the beauty of my face.
I placed the stars in their place,
I have called them by name.
They shine with the brilliance of love,
For you, My dove.
The moon gives her light,
as a reflection of the Sun,
So bask in My glory,
And you will reflect the Son.
Oh my love, My holy one,
I have called you,
you are chosen,
you are Mine.
See here, the seal upon My heart,
Forever you are Mine.
Dance with me,
We will ride the skies at dawn.
Oh My dove, My darling,
How i long for you.
Ride with me,
sing with me,
Dance with me,
Fly with me, my darling, my dove...I love you.

Inspiration from our Bridegroom King
My beautiful dove,
I will show you
where I feed my flock.
Dance with Me among the lilies,
You are the sweetest rose I know.
One glance of your eyes,
has captured my heart.
O My darling, My dove,
I've prepared a feast for you.
Come with me,
let's walk in the vineyard,
to see the vine.
Oh how I've cared for this vine,
watering it every moment.
Take My hand, my love,
we will run.
I want to hear your voice,
sing to Me,
the Song of the Beloved.
Oh My darling,
I've saved the choicest fruit for you.
You ravish My heart My love, My darling,
Oh, sing the Song of love to Me.
---
I will surround you with song, my King,
my Bridegroom King.
Draw me,
I will run after You,
I will follow You wherever You go,
into the vineyard,
into the street,
over the meadow...
Oh my Love I will run until I catch You.

Like a Child
I reach up to you.
You lift me up,
Like a child,
I hear Your laughter in the rain,
and hold me close.
I believe everything You say,
My heart clings
to Your every word.
Like a child,
we leap and run together,
You chase me,
then let me catch You.
I come to You.
With You I am safe,
with You I am home.

Shameless Love
I've been captured by your love,
I've been captured by your grace.
There is no fear in Your love,
Only the beauty of Your face
Oh Shameless love,
You have captured me.
In the glory of Your presence,
Your glory covers me.
Enveloped in Your love.
Capture me all over again.
My heart in Your hands,
I raise it up to You again.
You have captured me.
In Your glory,
You make me see,
I no longer hide,
Behind those leaves,
My way had gotten me.

Without You
Just a vast expanse
at the edge of space
empty and hollow
a desolate place
Heaven wouldn't be heaven without You
if i could not look upon Your face.
Like a desert without rain,
a flower without scent,
the sky without the sun,
the ocean without waves,
the heart without love.
Heaven without You,
wouldn't be heaven at all.
Life is not life without you.
A world without light,
a darkness without end,
a promise without hope,
only nakedness and shame.
On You all life depends,
You are life,
without You
there's only darkness and death,
suffering and shame.
A cross is no cross without pain,
No redemption without blood,
Your blood,
pouring down on me.
Redeem my life.
Restore my soul.
Cleanse my heart.
Cover me
Drown me
Lift me
Ruin me
Mark me
Seal me
Free me
Love me
Take me.

Isaiah 40:31
WHAT DOES IT REALLY MEAN TO WAIT ON THE LORD?
TO WAIT MEANS TO LOOK FOR, TO EXPECT
TO LINGER FOR, TO BIND TOGETHER...(STRONG'S CONC.)
WE LOOK FOR, EXPECT, AND LINGER FOR THE LORD. TO WAIT FOR HIM IS TO PAUSE, EXPECT TO HEAR FROM HIM...TO LINGER TO HEAR BECAUSE YOU KNOW THAT WHAT GOD IS GOING TO SAY WILL CHANGE YOU FOREVER, YOU LINGER FOR WHAT HE IS GOING TO DO BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOU WILL NEVER BE THE SAME...WE WAIT FOR OUR LORD, WE LONG FOR HIM SO WE CAN DO NOTHING BUT WAIT EXPECTANTLY, WE LONG FOR AN ENCOUNTER WITH HIM, FOR WE KNOW THAT WHEN WE SEE HIM, WE SHALL BE LIKE HIM FOR WE SHALL SEE HIM AS HE REALLY IS. WE ALSO BIND OURSELVES TOGETHER WITH THE LORD, NEVER TO BE SEPARATED FROM HIM AGAIN, IN WAITING WE BECOME ONE WITH HIM, HIS STRENGTH BECOMES OUR STRENGTH, AND WE MOUNT UP WITH WINGS LIKE EAGLES, WE SOAR WITH HIM...HE SAYS, "COME UP HIGHER," SOARING IN THE WINDS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, SOARING UPON THE WINGS OF WORSHIP, BEHOLDING HIS GLORY.
SO LET US LINGER BY HIM, LET US BIND OURSELVES TOGETHER WITH HIM, AND SOAR WITH HIM, IN THE HEIGHTS OF HIS GLORY.
AMEN

The Woman with the Issue of Blood
I didn’t get out much, oh, if I had to go see yet another doctor, I had seen so many doctors and none of them were much help. I had pretty much spent up all my savings and then some on doctors for the last 12 years, to no avail. You see, I had an issue of blood so I wasn’t supposed to even go out in public, I was considered “unclean .” As if I could help it. Twelve years is a long time to be couped up in the house. I’d heard talk of this Jesus, voices carried , it seemed on the breeze through my open windows. I had heard Jesus was healing people so I had to risk it, I wanted to go see for myself. So one day, I made up my mind, I was gonna go see what the talk was all about. I followed behind the crowd, hoping no one would notice me, every now and then I would catch a glimpse of him through the crowd, there was something about him…I can hardly describe it.
Everyone was crowding him, pulling on his clothes, people were yelling his name, “Jesus!” I just had to get closer. I didn’t care anymore who saw me, I just had to get to Jesus, oh but there were just so many people. I was pushing my way through the crowd, people were stepping on my toes, seems I was getting pushed and shoved every step I took, took an elbow in the rib a couple of times, but I kept moving..oh there he is, and I think to myself, “ If I can just touch the hem of his clothes, I just know I will be made whole.” so I reach for him, practically on my knees, I reach out and just barely grasped a hold of his garment and instantly I felt within myself that I had been healed. I took a deep breath, and with tears in my eyes I began backing away..but then I saw Him looking around, he looked right at me and smiled, then he said, “who touched me?” one of his followers said, “ Jesus, are you crazy, everyone is touching you!”
I knew that He knew it was me, so I went to him, I could hardly look him in the eye, I said, “ it was me, I touched you.” He smiled at me and touched my cheek, and said, “ Daughter, your faith has made you whole, go in peace.”
I went home that day with a joy in my step, can you just imagine, he touched my cheek, do you know how long it has been since anyone touched me? There’s a song in my heart today..“oh he touched me, and o the joy that floods my soul, he touched me and made me whole.”
I will never forget that day…the day He touched me with His love.

River of Life
in the cleansing healing flow
washing over me now
immersed in your word
your living word,
the living waters flow,
the water of your word
making me whole.
washing over me now,
making me new.
a little bit deeper now,
i hear you say..
only ankle deep,
isn't really enough.
gotta go deeper,
just a trickle
will never quench my thirst.
up to my knees,
i am hardly wet,
my heart is pounding but
do i dare?
just a few more steps,
up to my waist..
i can touch the water with
my hands, my heart is racing
and i know i have to go,
just a little deeper now.
i take a breath
and dive right in...
i am swimming now in
the river of life.
your liquid love surrounds me
washing away my fears.
what i thought would be
the end of me,
has brought me into
your abundant life.
everywhere the river goes,
brings the dead to life.
there are waters to swim in,
coming from the throne of grace.

My Husband
Follows hard after God
He has a heart for God
He is a man after God's own heart.
He is in love with Jesus.
He takes up his cross and follows Jesus.
He loves Jesus more than life itself,
More than himself.
His number one relationship is his relationship
with Jesus.
He is called and walking in his calling,
He is anointed and walking in the anointing.
He pursues Jesus with all his heart.
His spirit, soul, and body is the Lords.
He walks, lives and moves in the Holy Spirit,
He loves me as Christ loves the church and gave Himself for it.
My Husband,
Is the priest of his home, he knows and takes
his authority in Christ.
He is the head and not the tail,
above only and not beneath.
Everything he does prospers.
My Husband
loves me as Jesus loves me,
even now, my husband prays for me though he may not even
know me but God has placed me in his heart
to pray for me, his future bride.
My husband is God's perfect choice for me.
My husband
is looking for me and waiting for me
and when we look into each other's eyes,
we will both know in that instant that we are God's plan.
I am waiting for him, and
he is coming for me.
In Jesus' name, amen
Awakening
Our earth is heavy with the weight of sin,
She groans and longs
For the earth reborn.
She cries beneath the heavy load,
This cup can hold no more,
With sorrow she mourns.
Eagerly she waits,
Anticipates,
Feeling within her core,
There is something more.
As lighting strikes,
And thunder rolls,
The earth quakes
For deliverance rides the night skies.
As the ancient drums
Are beating,
The Sons are awakening.
Soon, she knows,
They shall be revealed.
Awake, you Sons, show yourselves,
Arise, sword in hand, arise.
For the stars shall weep no more, but sing,
As you follow the
Righteous King.
To triumph, to victory,
Inherit the nations,
Awaken, Sons,
For the Son is on the horizon.

In the Secret Place
In the secret place
That’s where I find you
Just you and me
Talking face to face.
In the secret place
I don’t have to be someone else
I can come as I am
You’ll take me just the same.
In the secret place
I poured out my tears and fears
There’s nothing I can hide from you
You knew everything from the start.
In the secret place
There’s no other place I’d rather be
In those still and quiet moments
That’s where I learn more of you.
Deny me not
In the secret place
Oh…my Lord and Saviour
How I long to live in your presence,
In the secret place.

Desperate Love
He gazes through our window,
Just to catch a glimpse,
We’ve been so busy
Tending to unnecessary things,
While He stands behind our wall,
Hoping we will stop long enough
To know He’s there.
He stays in the shadows,
He won’t force His way in.
He knocks on our door,
Deep in the night,
Perhaps we will get up
Just to let Him in.
We just turn over in bed.
As we go about our day,
He whispers on the wind,
Have we ignored him so long,
That we don’t even hear, when
He calls to us deep within?
Deep calls to deep,
But we’ve dug a shallow well.
The waters stagnate so we look
For other wells.
Our waters have become bitter,
Can they ever become sweet again?
When once so sensitive
To the sound of His voice,
We’ve become hard, like fallow ground,
A place where nothing grows.
Can our heart become soft again, so that
He will hear our voice once again?
He will come alongside us,
Helping us dig a deeper well,
Breaking up our fallow ground,
So our secret garden grows.
Will we open up, and invite
Him in?
He longs to hear our voice,
He is desperate to see our face,
So he stands outside the windows
Of our heart, if only we will
Let him in.
It took a tree to make the waters sweet,
It took a cross to set us free.

Life
One day you are born
Another day you die
In between
Are the days of your life.
The life you live
Will be remembered
And not forgotten.
Have you ever wondered
And asked yourself why?
Why was I born?
What is my purpose?
The bible tells us that God knew us before we were born,
That he formed us in our mother’s womb, that we were
Fearfully and wonderfully made.
We were no mistake, God took nine months to form us, and the moment
Of our birth we received our very first kiss as God breathed
His life into us.
Our life is precious to God,
We were created to have an intimate relationship with Him,
From that very first kiss,
God breathed destiny into our spirit,
Our destiny
To live in intimacy with our creator.
Our purpose.
One day long ago God knelt down and formed the first man
Out of the dust of the earth, with all the life and love in His Spirit
He knelt over His creation and kissed him, and breathed
His life and His love into His masterpiece of creation.
In the beginning God walked with man
In intimate fellowship, but that fellowship and intimacy
Was broken by sin, but God had already made a way.
Before the foundation of the world,
The lamb of God was slain.
Jesus.
Jesus came to restore that fellowship, that intimacy, by becoming the sin that broke that intimacy.
The heartbeat of God is intimacy with His children.
He longs to be intimate with us,
That is the destiny and purpose that God breathed into us
The day of our birth.
In the garden of Eden man walked in intimacy with God, one day
God was walking in the garden, but man was hiding from Him, and with all the longing in the heartbeat of God, He said,
“Where are you?”
Can you hear the heartbreak of God in that question?
“Where are you?”
The way of intimacy has been restored, God sacrificed His only Son, because He loved us so much and longed to be intimate with us again.
“Where are you?”
“Why are you still hiding?”
The heartbeat of God is intimacy.
God didn’t ask Adam where he was because He didn’t know, He asked him because He wanted him to realize where he was,
And where he should have been.
God’s heart still cries out,
“Where are you?”
We don’t need to hide anymore, we can come boldly to the Throne of grace and fellowship intimately with our Creator.
Our lives begin with intimacy with our creator, our lives begin with a kiss,
And our lives end with a kiss,
How will we live the days in between?
Let Him kiss us with the kisses of His mouth, for His love is better than wine.

To Know....You
Will we ever hunger for the experience of Your presence,
The fruit you offer from the Tree of Life?
I don’t want to learn about You anymore,
I want to know You.
I want to encounter You.
Take me along the Damascus road,
Knock me off my high horse,
Blind me,
So that I may see the Light.
It’s knowledge that puffs up,
I want to be humbled by Your grace,
I never want to know too much,
That I can not see Your face.

He has filled my cup
He has filled my cup
In my heart I cried,
Here is my cup Lord,
Please fill it up Lord.
The Lord began to fill my cup,
He poured in His love,
And my cup began to overflow.
The love He pours in, pours out.
I said, Lord my cup is full.
There is no room for more,
And He said,
As I pour my love into your cup,
You pour into the cup of others,
The love I pour into your cup is not for you alone,
As I pour my love into your cup,
And my love begins to overflow,
You give to others so I can give to you.
You can only give what you have received from me, so
As I pour My love out on you,
You must pour out the love I give to you
To others.
As I bless you, you must bless others.
Give, and you shall receive.
Do not stop the flow of my Spirit,
Do not stop the flow of my love,
As I pour out, you must pour out, so that I
Can continue to pour into you.
Jesus said, I only do that which I see my Father do.
He is your example,
He poured out His life for you,
He has given you His life,
His love,
His peace,
So my child, begin to pour out that which I have poured in,
Allow your cup to overflow to others.
In loving you are loved,
In blessing you are blessed,
As I said, it is more blessed to give than to receive.
So give my child, and you shall receive,
Good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over.

Dance of the Bridegroom
The appointed time has come,
The festivities have begun.
There is the sound of joy and gladness
All throughout the land.
The Father says, “Go,
The bride has made herself ready,
She has gone through the waters and was not overtaken,
She has gone through the fire and has not been burned.”
The Spirit, and the Bride say, “Come.”
The Bridegroom steps through the heavens to claim His bride.
“Come away my Beloved, come away with me.”
As the Bride places her hand in His,
There is a fire in His eyes, His love for His Bride,
And He says,
“My beloved, my dove, my undefiled,
May I have this dance?”

Let the Fire Burn
Let the fire burn,
Your Holy fire within,
Burn away our compromise,
Burn away the sin of complacency
Remove from our eyes the scales,
That blind our eyes to see,
Unstop the deaf ears that refuse to hear,
What You would say to Your church today.
Give us a hunger for your Holy Fire,
Let us put away our pride
Let us come forth a pure and holy Bride.
Let us come forth a Bride of fire.
We have stayed in the wilderness too long,
Waiting for someone else to lead.
We must arise from our slumber,
Awaken from sleep,
And walk with the Fire of God
Oh Holy Fire,
Burn strong within my heart,
A fire that can not be quenched,
Burn with a holy passion,
That sees the captives free.
There is a fire coming that will burn everything in its path,
We can be consumed with that fire,
Or we can become one with the fire,
It will flow like lava from the top of the mountain,
Our God is a consuming Fire,
He is calling forth His bride,
She will be a bride of Fire,
One with the Holy Flame.
